VISUAL ART STUDIOS

At Live Yes we strive to provide all the artists with the professional tools necessary to explore and complete any creative endeavor and will create adaptive equipment to make any art form accessible to anyone. We teach three classes a day within the visual and performing arts and in the last ten years have taught over 550 classes quarter length classes.

We teach traditional media such as painting, drawing, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture, sewing, and so much more! Daily each artist chooses to join class or work on their self-directed body of work, and everyone is encouraged to experiment with all different mediums to develop their own unique style and approach.

Our art studio approach is unique in the way of creating professional art studio environments and filled with all the equipment necessary for medium specific processes. It is important to us the artists have their work presented in the same professional gallery setting as their community counterparts who exhibit in Lincoln. When their work is completed, a show will be scheduled as part of our ongoing solo-exhibition series in our gallery. LYS showcases all of the artwork at our First Friday events.
